Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Make It Minnie items. If you have any issues with your purchase, please email support@makeitminnie.com and we’ll help make it right.
Unworn and unwashed merchandise (excluding final sale items) can be returned WITHIN 14 DAYS of your item(s) delivery date. Make It Minnie does not offer refunds of any kind, ONLY STORE CREDIT.
All Make It Minnie pieces have a 60 day warranty for manufacturer defects (missing stones, broken chains or clasps, etc). Contact us right away if you are having issues (support@makeitminnie.com) and we will make sure you are taken care of!
If your piece breaks outside the 60 day time frame, or are experiencing a different issue, please email us so we can work towards a solution.

RETURN CRITERIA:
Jewelry must be in the original packaging and be unworn.
Clothing must be free of make up, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, and any other marks or stains. If an item is returned to us in a non-resellable condition, it will be returned to you at your cost.

RETURN TIMEFRAME:
Jewelry and clothing returns must be sent back to Make It Minnie within 14 days of your item(s) delivery date. Please ensure your package will arrive in time. If we do not receive your return within 14 days after it was delivered, it will not be accepted for store credit.
RETURN SHIPPING COST:
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your item(s) back to Make It Minnie. Make It Minnie does not pay for return shipping or handling costs (unless the item(s) arrived damaged or it was a mistake on our part). We strongly recommend that you send your return(s) back with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit.
STORE CREDIT:
Once we receive your return back at Make It Minnie, it will be processed for store credit within 7-10 business days. After your return is processed, you will receive an email with your store credit information. Store credit does not have an expiration date.
REFUNDS:
We do not offer cash or credit/debit refunds. No exceptions. Only store credit is issued.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
All sale, clearance, and mystery bag items are final sale. No exchange or store credit is given. Flash sale promotions are final sale.
