Unfortunately, we don't have control once the packages are handed over, and most of the time USPS does not scan packages until the day they are being delivered. chemicals that can cause damage to our pieces. Taking your jewelry off before getting in water will

Both have an extremely long lifetime if treated correctly (no wearing in water). The stainless steel base will eventually fade to a darker silver, while the sterling silver will stay a light silver color.
