not always accurate, and once we ship your package, we are not responsible for the

Once you've receive your shipping notification email, that means your order has been dropped to the USPS office. Unfortunately, we don't have control once the packages are handed over, and most of the time USPS does not scan packages until the day they are being delivered. If you have specific questions about your order whereabouts, please contact your local USPS or sign up for notifications through text or email through the USPS tracking page.

Each base metal is of the highest quality and is thickly coated in 925 sterling silver, 18k gold, or rose gold. Read the description on each item page for more specific information on each piece.

polishing cloth to keep your jewelry looking like new. Avoid using liquid cleaners, as they usually contain harsh
chemicals that can cause damage to our pieces. Taking your jewelry off before getting in water will

Both have an extremely long lifetime if treated correctly (no wearing in water). The stainless steel base will eventually fade to a darker silver, while the sterling silver will stay a light silver color.
