Once you've receive your shipping notification email, that means your order has been dropped to the USPS office. Unfortunately, we don't have control once the packages are handed over, and most of the time USPS does not scan packages until the day they are being delivered. Once your item is
received and inspected, we’ll email you to notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund.
If you are approved,
your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to
your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
