Once an order has been placed, an email will be sent to you confirming your purchase that includes the order number. If you do not receive this email, or have questions about your order once it has been placed, please contact hello@makeitminnie.com.

Orders cannot be changed once placed.

Most orders are processed within 1 hour after being placed. If you have concerns about your order, please contact hello@makeitminnie.com and we will assist you as best as we can. 

We only offer custom designs in solid gold. Pricing depends on most updated gold pricing, and production requires a $100 down payment that will go towards the final cost of the item. Please email ashley@makeitminnie.com for more information. 

There are multiple shipping options at checkout that vary in price from $3 and up. 

Yes, we ship to most countries. However, customers outside of the United States will be responsible for paying customs fees once their item arrives.
