How do I confirm my purchase?
Once an order has been placed, an email will be sent to you confirming your purchase that includes the order number. If you do not receive this email, or have questions about your order once it has been placed, please contacthello@makeitminnie.com.
Can I change my order?
Orders cannot be changed once placed.
Most orders are processed within 1 hour after being placed. If you have concerns about your order, please contact hello@makeitminnie.com and we will assist you as best as we can.
Shipping
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
How much does shipping cost within the United States?
There are multiple shipping options at checkout that vary in price from $2.66 and up. However, all United States orders over $50 will receive free shipping at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. However, customers outside of the United States will be responsible for paying customs fees once their item arrives.
